30 Years of Experience!

FAQs

We use high-quality materials for all of our construction projects. We also ensure quality assurance for each of our projects. New clients can learn about the quality of our work through references. We provide the contact details so you can get feedback on our previous work.

After discussing the project with the clients, we draft an exclusive contract highlighting the required materials and all the other job-site needs. Once the contract is approved, we’ll order the materials and deliver them to the job site. We also meet with sub-contractors and pick the ones we think will do the job right. All of the supplies, sub-contractors, and additional job site needs are managed by experts, so our clients don’t have to worry about anything. In case of any unforeseeable issues, we’re always available on call.

We can work with any architectural style you have in mind. We have over 30 years of experience, so catering to specific requests isn’t new or difficult for us. Whether you want contemporary houses or traditional-looking ones, we offer services for all kinds of residences. Most of our clients like to mix and match different designs to create a unique house. No matter your vision, you can rest assured that you’ll get quality construction services.

We offer complete services from start to finish. We start our work from the foundations and footing, then move on to the plumbing, roofing, HVAC systems, flooring, framing, and doors and windows. We also work on the fixtures and furnishings to bring your house’s vision to reality. You can contact us to learn more about the extent of our services according to your unique needs.

For home construction, we have a General Contractors license and ensure all of our subcontractors have the relevant license and permits. We get construction permits whenever necessary. This depends on each situation and the client’s requirements. To know more about permits, reach out to us, and we’ll guide you.

Once you accept the contract, you’ll need to pay a pre-arranged down payment. This payment is decided in advance and varies depending on your requirements. The rest of the payment is made once the construction is completed. Most of our clients prefer cash as the preferred mode of payment. But you can opt for construction loans from a lender.

Opting for basement waterproofing is up to you. But we recommend you go for it because it strengthens the basement’s foundation, prevents leaks, and increases the home value. In the long run, you’ll have to pay for fewer repairs and won’t have to worry about accumulating mold and mildew, which can decrease your house’s air quality.

Usually, clients come to us with their ideas of what they want their house to look including the colors, the natural light, and the floor plans. But if you’re unsure, we’ll help you determine which house style suits you best. We’ll only need to know about the space, the floor levels you want, and the number of people the house will accommodate. You can even look at our gallery to get inspiration from our previous work.

Generally, we work with clients who already own the land because we need to get the design ready and prepare permits and contracts. But if you have a piece of land in mind, you can  consult our experts, especially if you have a specific architectural style for your home. However, we’ll only draw up the contracts and start working once you purchase the land.

Tap fees are the amount the utility services charge for hooking their system to your house, such as pipes for the water system, drainage pipes for the sewer, and wires for the electricity. These tap fees depend on the house and the size. But you don’t have to worry about that because we’ll discuss the utilities before drawing up the contract. You can even consult us about these fees by letting us know the location and the area your land covers.

Building a house requires us to consider several cost factors, especially if your requirements are unique. So the final quote may include the finishings, paint, specific flooring, and design. Suppose you’re already working with an architect or a design team. In that case, you’ll have to let us know so we can coordinate with them and create quotes accordingly because we’ll need to quantify different aspects of the project and give you the best possible price. Moreover, we can’t adjust or add costs once the project is finalized.

A home-building process always starts with a consultation with us so we can learn about your land’s area and your house’s requirements. If you’re happy with our suggestions, we’ll proceed and give you a quote. You’ll have to pay the down payment if you accept our contract. Once that’s done, we’ll schedule the starting date, get any permits, if necessary, order the materials, and reach out to subcontractors.

Generally, we make sure the work stays on track, and in the past year, we’ve always finished our work on time, so you can expect your house to be done on the scheduled date. In case of any order changes, there might be some delays, but we’ll be here to address any concerns, and you’ll make the final payment once the house is done.

This depends mainly on your requirements and budget. Your budget will determine the materials required for the foundation. For the finishings, such as the flooring, roofing, and counters, the materials depend on the finished look you want for the house. But these, too, are finalized before the project starts and are highlighted in the contract.

The door and fitting have to be in accordance with your requirements, so no matter what type of doors and windows you want, we’ll install them. You can come to us with a specific design or type of door you want, and we’ll talk with our subcontractors to find them at the best possible prices. Or you can look at some of our finished work and pick a door and window from there.

Buying a house is easier if you find a nice and well-maintained place. However, most pre-build houses require extensive renovations and repairs, adding to the cost later. So it’s better to get a house built. With a custom house, you can decide which style and design you want to incorporate into the house, and you won’t have to deal with complex remodeling that might weaken the house’s foundations.

Before building a house, you’ll need a building permit issued by the local government. Once the land is finalized, you’ll need a proper floor plan designed by an architect and submit engineering drawings per the local government’s standards. Once the permit is issued, the construction process can start.

We offer all sorts of house construction and remodeling-related services, including home construction, custom home design, home remodeling, home additions, kitchen remodeling, deck construction, garage construction, door and window replacements, basement finishing, and new siding installation. You can reach out to us with your specific requests, and we’ll be happy to guide you.

Generally, it’s easier to give a proper estimate and get a contract ready with home construction. But with remodeling, we only look at the surface. There might be underlying issues with the house that might need more extensive work, so the project might take longer to finish. However, with our 30 years of experience, we make our estimations as accurate as possible. If there are some unforeseeable issues, we’ll discuss them in detail before we start working on them so you can stay within your budget.
