The following is an outline of the general process which begins when you contact us to request our services:

• We will set up a time and place to meet.
• I will be happy to provide you with contact information from clients starting with recent and going back as far as you would like. All clients are taken care of so that when the work is done, they will gladly be a reference.
• We will develop a specification to meet your needs. I am happy to provide suggestions based on my past experiences.
• I will bid your project.
• If the contract is accepted, pre-arranged down payment will be made.
• We will schedule your work.
• Permits, if necessary, are taken.
• Materials are ordered and then delivered.
• Work commences. This last year, my work schedule stayed on track and was even ahead of schedule several times.
• I manage the project and sub-contractors.
• Job site needs are taken care of.
• Possible change orders are addressed.
• I will continually make myself available to you by phone. You call and I will answer or return your call ASAP!
• Work is completed and you make your final payment.

What To Expect

• Be open. The more descriptive you are, the easier it is for me to develop a specification.
• Have an idea to share with me as well as your budget. This is best so I don’t under- or over-develop a specification.
• The sky is the limit. If seen, I can build it.
• Have fun. A building project doesn’t have to be stressful.
